About Me

Hello, I’m Aryana. I go to the NEO Impact Academy in Campbell Ohio, and my goals in life are to be an actor or a music artist. I plan to go to Ohio State University for college when I’m 18 to start my career. After watching my father acting in the play “In the Heights” and watching many, many shows, I have been inspired to become an actor. As a child, I always loved to listen to music. Music spoke to me, like a new language. Music has always been a big part of my life. My father raps very well can play the Guitar, the Cuatro, and the La Bomba. I wish to play these instruments plus the piano and violin. I know it’s a lot but I’m determined to learn. As I grew I came fancy of a new type of music called Kpop. Kpop is what helped me decide what I wanted to do. I always loved how its never just one genre it’s multiple put together. I listened to Spanish and English music but Kpop is what helped me find my way. It’s not perfect and I could always improve but I work hard to get better at what I do. Music helped me through hard times in my life and inspired me to create music so I could help other people.

I plan to get straight A’s through these next 5 years of school but if I get a B or lower, I will work harder to get an A. Like most, math is very challenging for me and I struggle with it. Math is challenging for me because I always have trouble with asking for help because I never can bring myself to. I’m very independent and I hate asking for help. This is something I need to work on. I am naturally good at Language Arts and my teachers always praise me for how good my writing is. I have never gotten a B or lower in this class since I understand everything in this class. My favorite class is Art because I love to draw. It’s a relaxing class and I love how I can just relax and let my hand do all the work with not much thought into it since I usually know what I want to do.

In middle school, I participated in a lot. I did Martial Arts, Cheer, Girls on the Run, A writing class where I had to go to Kent State, Soccer, Gymnastics, and an after school science program. In the Impact Academy we did a service day where we cleaned up the poor section of Youngstown and we went to Roosevelt Park to figure out what we would change about the park to improve it. I don’t have much experience in the workforce since I’m too young to work, but since I’m old enough I plan to work at City Hall so I can get some money to help out my family.I don’t have many hobbies besides dance and drawing, and I don’t like many sports besides volleyball and soccer, but I wish to start getting into playing instruments. The only awards I have gotten is a couple of metals and a trophy. All these activities and awards have helped me become a better person. It helped me want to help out my community and do more activities so I can be better than I was yesterday.
