Mission Statement:

Our goal is to help the youth of New York City by providing them with the resources needed to participate in extra curricular activities, internships, and jobs of their choosing. By being a part of this initiative, youth are saying yes to raising their hand; consequently 'raising' awareness and using their own motivation to pursue their individual goals/ dreams.

Why is this program important and effective?

We have had many students who have volunteered to help us in our outreach programs and creation of our webpage; giving us the insight as to what interests teens have in this day in age. Through this information we have constructed various categories of differing careers that teens may want to pursue. We give students the opportunity to begin planning their future and forge their carrer paths by offering various

- Informational courses,

- Shadowing of job personal in different carrers,

- College hunting sessions,

- Intriguing internships,

-Jobs fitted to different schedules,

- And now we offer an exclusive ethics and self- discovery program in efforts to help students find their own identity.
