Here at Amphi one of the many P.E classes that is offered is Weight Training.
In weight training you do cardio and lift weights. You learn about the different muscle groups and what exercises work them out. You also learn how to use the machines properly.
At the beginning of the first semester you are tested on how many push ups and sit ups you can do in a minute, how many laps you can run in 12 minutes, and how much weight you can bench press. You do these tests at the beginning and end of each semester.
