How to make cilantro lime chicken
Ingredients
- 8 Boneless chicken thighs
Marinade Ingredients
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp peper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
How to prepare
- Add all the marinade ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothe.
- Place all 8 chicken thighs into a bowl or Ziploc bag. Make sure each chicken is evenly coated and let sit in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
How to cook the chicken
- Grill chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Check if the chicken is fully cooked at 165℉ by using a digital thermometer.

How to Make Red Velvet Cake with Creme Cheese Frosting
Cake Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1-2oz. red food coloring
- 1 tsp white distilled viniger
- 1/2 cup prepared plain hot coffee
How to Bake the Cake
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl wisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt then set aside.
- In a large bowl combine the sugar and vegetable oil.
- Mix in the eggs buttermilk, vanilla, and red food coloring unil combined.
- Stir in the coffee and white viniger.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients a little at a time mixing after each addition until combined.
- Genorisly greese and flour 2 round cake pans with shortining and flour.
- Pour batter evenly into each pan.
- Bake in the middle rack for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't over bake as the cake will continue to bake while it cools.
- Let pans cool on a cooling rack till the pans are warm to the touch.
- Slide a knife of offset spatula around the inside of the pans to loosen the cake from the pans.
- Frost the cake with cream cheese frosting once the cake is completly cooled!
How to Make Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting!
Ingredients
- 2 Stick of softened Cream Cheese
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 6 cups Powdered sugar
How to Prepare
- Place the softened cream cheese and butter into a mixer then blend until smoothe.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar and vanilla into the mixer. Start blending slowly.
- Slowly increse speed of the mixer untill the frosting is light and fluffy!
