Alexander Hamilton by Ezra Ames
Hamilton was born in the Carribbean. His mother, Rachel Faucett, died after James Hamilton, the father, left. His brother got a job, and Alex never saw him again. He immagrated to New York. He made friends and married Eliza Schuler. Alexander fought in the Revolutionary War. John Laurens died. After helping win the Revolutionary War, he had an affair with Maria Renyolds. He wrote 51 of the Federalist papers. He was also Secretary of Treasury.
Alexander Hamilton was in a duel in 1804, New Jersey, with Aaron Burr. The bullet entered right above Hamilton's hip! After one day, he died.
