Hey friends! Sometimes when I'm feeling down, I like to read inspirational speeches. Here are a few of my favorites.
I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up, live out the true meaning of its creed:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal."
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you
--ask what you can do for your country.
A house divided against itself, cannot stand.
I believe this government cannot endure, permanently, half slave and half free.
I do not expect the Union to be dissolved — I do not expect the house to fall — but I do expect it will cease to be divided.
