I will also briefly talk about the pieces, what mediums I used and how long it took to make it. This portrait was done for an art project and was based on a photograph reference. We had to include three things we like with it. I chose stars, birds and planets. It was completed within a week.

This is one of my favorites because I’m very pleased with how it turned out. The colors came out exactly how I wanted and the composition looks good. It turned out looking very dreamy.

I painted this piece to play around with gouache for the first time. I like it because it's silly and playful.

This painting was made to show the comforting qualities of animals. I think it turned out well because of how I was able to make Charcoal and black paint work. I liked how I was able to get it to look dark and gritty like how I imagined it.

I created this piece to practice on my perspective and play around with my watercolors. I didn’t expect it to turn out this good and I really like the calm vibe it gives off matching with the soft watercolors.

When I was making this piece I wanted it to look cartoony but still have its own unique style. I think it turned out cute and very storybook like.

I made this piece for AP art class and this work is based on a theme of “why I matter”. And so I made it based on how I feel like while I'm going through life. I like to help people and life can be an uphill battle. So I combined those two ideas into this piece, and it ended up looking pretty cool.

I drew this piece as practice for rendering an object from a photo reference. It was super fun to draw and I like how it turned out, especially with the cast shadow.
