Bulking

When bulking you must eat a lot, not junk food also known as a dirty bulk where you eat more junk food than actual good food for you. When bulking, eat high protein foods such as chicken, salmon, egg whites, and more. When bulking you must go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week if you want to gain muscle for at least an hour, however to gain the most you can you should go 6 days a week and have a rest day. Fasten up the progress each day you can spend more than an hour, always lift as heavy as you can to help tear your muscle fibers faster. The inside process to gain muscle is when you're lifting after you will be sore and it tears your muscle fibers which grow bigger once it fully heals and that's how people look big.


Cutting

When cutting you must eat at a calorie deficit meaning you must eat healthy and have portions. Cutting is usually after a bulk, people cut to look slim again but if they had the choice to eat a lot, gain muscle, and have a six pack they would always be bulking. People say cutting is the worst, and yes it quite is, while cutting you want to try maintaining your muscle, gaining muscle is near impossible because your not eating enough to gain muscle easily. Gaining muscle while on a cut you must go to the gym at least 6 Days a week for an hour or two while always having one rest day. To gain muscle you need to workout every muscle group twice a week except core, meaning if you did Biceps and Triceps monday you must do it again this week after 48 hours for it to rest, same applies to all the others, except core. Don't go for muscle gains on a cut otherwise it will be like a 9-5 job at the gym
