The Sports Guru Home Opening Night 2017
from the Los Angeles Times
Yesterday, the Warriors beat the first place L.A. Clippers by 28 points for their 5th win this season. Steph Curry had 31 points, Kevin Durant had 19, and Draymond Green had 16 and 9 rebounds. The Clippers' Danilo Gallinari had 19 points. That makes it 11 times that the Warriors have beat the Clippers, and the margin of defeat is now 22.8 points, according to the L.A. Times. They are now 4th place in the West, only the Grizzlies, Clippers, and the Rockets are in front of them.
This year, I believe that the Warriors are going to repeat, even if almost every team in the West is basically a superteam. I think of this because they have a Defensive Player of the Year in Draymond, two MVPs, Curry and Durant, and a guy that can score 60 points in 29 minutes in Klay.
