This is a Persian cat. The cat breed orginates from Iran. It is notorious for it's small ears and hair fluffiness.

The cats eyes are pretty cute, along with the little paws.

Not sure about the level of the cats level of smarts. The cat knows how to pose, so it's not entirely brain dead.
