A point guard is one of the main positions on the court. They make sure the basketball is brong down the court. Also the pg(point guard) calls most of the plays.The top of the court is where the point guard is located.
A shooting guard main objective is to score points for their team.Also sometimes they are asked to bring the ball down the court.However, if the shooting guard and the small forward thata is known as being a"swingman".
Small forward also known as a three in basketball.They are shorter,quicker,and leaner.Power forwards and centers are naturally taller and larger than the small forward and point guard.
Their role is similar to the center.They play with their backs towards the basket and they position themselves under the basket in a zone defense or denfensively against the opposite power forward in man-to-man.
A center is the biggest man on the court.They are also known as the tallest person on the court.Also have a great amount of strength and body mass.Last but not least they plays under the basket most of the time.
