Response to Efforts of Dreem Buggs to Discredit Dreem Buggs are Dangerous (DBD)
Recently Dreem Buggs have begun to spread false information about themselves and us. Here we respond to the lies and half-truths that have begun to populate the internet. First of all, the Dreem Buggs claim that they are doing humanity a favor by stealing away our dreams. This is clearly false, but in case you aren't convinced, think about the homonyms dream, as in a goal you wish to achieve, and dream, to view images while sleeping. These words are spelled and pronounced the same for a reason. Dreams are a part of you, and to steal away a part of a person is to change them. Whether for the better or not doesn't matter. DBD believes that changing a person's personality without their consent is wrong, regardless of the end results. The ends do not always justify the means. Additionally, in their most recent post at Letter From The Dreem Buggs, the Dreem Buggs impersonated scientists (rather poorly) because they appear to believe that such people gather information that people follow without question. While this is certainly false, the fact that the attempt was even made shows that the Dreem Buggs want to use their knowledge of our social structure, no doubt gained through our dreams, to control us. They also claimed that DBD was spreading political propaganda to damage their presidential campaign. Does this even need to be addressed? It is a ridiculous claim, and we will leave it at that. On another topic, new concerns have been raised that Dreem Buggs can plant dreams in addition to stealing them. While these are still unconfirmed, we urge you to be cautious and refer to our web page, Dreem Bugg Awareness Page - How to protect yourself, to protect yourself and your loved ones. DBD also always appreciates donations, so please help us warn more people about the dangers Dreem Buggs pose.
