These basketball players learn how to communicate with each other and they learn how to do all the plays they have been taught by their coach.For example we had to be talked and walk through to learn it.
I would do these things at home to practice.
Practice on dribbling
Shoot layups
Do some of the plays you all have been taught
Throw the ball in the air and follow through with your hand
