Started in 1891 by Clarence A. Crane, lifesavers have grown to a multi-million dollar company. The mint flavor, my favorite, started in 1912.
I love the (usally minty) taste of lifesavors. I love the way they disolve in my mouth and I love the nostalgia they bring with it.
Lifesavers hold a lot positive memories for me that make them one of my favorite candy.
