Unlike the other ships on this list Babylon 5 is not a ship it is a space station. it is also a very big space station at 5 miles long. Another way Babylon 5 is unique to the other ships on this list is becuase it get its gravity by it spinning not by having artifical gravity, this way it is more realistic. It's main purpose was to be a a port of peace in neutral space to help all aliens and humans co-exist together.
