Foods that are just plain bad

Thsi section is a bit different than the rest. This section is not only bout what is bad, but also what is bad for your health. A prime example of this is obviously olive oil.

Eating olive oil is pretty bad tasting to start with but eating too much of it will also make you have too much fat. This is bad and the worst part is that its everywhere. Chips, burgers, even some pasta. Another culprit of this is sugar. It is everywhere, and not the best for you if overconsumed.

And this is the same for a lot of other stuff like salt of anyspices added to a dish. Chemicals in foods can also be very damaging to the human body.
