Throwing
Throwing is not that hard, all you have to have is a softball and a glove. You hold the ball in your hand, at a certan point you relase the ball. Make sure you aim at what your throwing at. Then when you do that the person that you are throwing to is able to catch it with their glove.
As you see above, the girl has a glove and a ball in her hand. She is realsing the ball at a crtian point on her hand. She rotates her arm and she is aming at her target, you have to put force behind the ball so you are able to get the ball to where it needs to be
