Brookies are the perfect mixture of Cookies and Brownies. They are served in a pyramid shape, dusted with powdered sugar, a swirl of whip cream, and either sprinkles or chocolate chips. It might be a bit sugary for some, so if someone doesent want all that, just dust some powdered sugar.
Surprisingly Brookies only require 11 things. Brookies are easy to make sweet treats, perfect for parties or social events! Obviously the first ingredient is Chewy brownie mix, I personally prefer Duncan Hines Chewy Brownie Mix. The next ingredient is flour, I have no prefered flower brand but organic flower is always great. You also wil need 2 large eggs, 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/2 granulated sugar, and finally a cup of confectinors sugar. Now the other two arent edible, wax paper, a cookie tray, a wooden spoon, a cup, and 3 bowls. That is all of the ingredients to make Brookies!
First, preheat the oven to 350 F, line a baking sheet with parchment set aside. Next grab the bowl, then we pour the brownie mix into the bowl, followed by flour eggs, and melted butter. Then grab a cup of flour, dump the cup into the bowl. Next grab your wooden spoon, stir it until it is a thick cookie dough. Next grab your next 2 bowls, fill one with regular sugar and the other with powdered sugar. Once doing that you grab your dough, role it into golf balls and roll it around it the regular sugar first and THEN the confectioners sugar. After that you can put it onto a cookie tray. Make sure they are 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies have spread and the top is cracked.
