When Qiqi was younger, she was playing outside, not really paying any attention to anything until she lost her toy and went off to find it. When she found it she had badly injured her leg because she fell and rolled down a large hill. Her leg was bleeding badly and she couldn't really do anything about it except cry. She limped over to a cave where she thought she'd be able to wait in. When she got there, there was a huge fight between two adeptis and she had gotten in the middle of it. Neither adepties stopped fighting and she was killed by one of the adepties. When the adepti found out he killed her, he stopped and brought her back to life as a zombie. When she awoken, she went beserk and tried harming others so the adepti that killed her had to seal her away in amber. She was stuck there until humans found her years later.
As a zombie, Qiqi has a hard time remembering things and often has to write down everything she wants to remmeber. Also since she's a zombie, she has to follow orders to be able to do anything, but since she's sort of powerful she was able to give herself orders. She lives with the human that found her and she genuially looks up to him, but he's just using her to find the way to immortality. Since Hu Tao buries dead people, she wanted to bury Qiqi which resulted in Qiqi hating her and not wanting anything to do with her.
Because Qiqi is a zombie and was sealed away for hundreds of years, she has an expressionless face. Her voice is sort of lazy and gentle. In the quest where the traveller finally meets her, she mistakes coconut milk for cocogoat milk since she couldn't remember the name of it. It was sort of funny though.
Qiqi probably doesn't even know what friends are. I'm sure the other kids think of her as a friend though. Qiqi looks up to Ganyu and the man that found her as role models and tries to follow their lead. Hu Tao considers the young girl a friend but the feelings are not mutal.
Qiqi doesn't really have a goal because there's nothing she really wants to do. But she does need to make sure to stay away from Hu Tao, not only because she despises her, but also because Hu Tao wants to bury her since she is dead.
Qiqi's found in Liyue, Land of Contracts that is ruled by the Geo God, Rex Lapis, or Zhongli. Qiqi was granted the vision of Cyro and she also has an huge advatage when dealing with enemies around water. Her vision allows for her to freeze her opponent in place and attack them without them being able to defend themselves.
Qiqi has an interesting lore and it's sort of cool how she's dead but she isn't dead. I also began to like her after the whole cocogoat milk quest because it was sort of adorable, but the entire quest did annoy me a lot. She was also my favorite five star when I first started playing so that also contributes to her being a favorite character although I lost the 50/50.
