The slogan "Girl Power" is a common branding for shirts, posters, and all sorts of things. The saying oringenated from the popular Riot Grrrl slogan "Girls to the front"

Later on the saying "Girl Power" was adopted by mainstream culture. A popular band at the time, The Spice Girls, even made a song titled "Girl Power" Some say this was the end of riot grrrl, but others see it as a continueation.
