Age Groups of Soccer at a Competitive Level

In soccer the age group you play is a number above your age. For example if you are 13 and play soccer youd be played at an age group of "u14".Age 14 would be "u15". You can also play an age group up a year a two if you are good enough. If your 13 and play a year up youd play with people 14 years old at the agroup of "u15".

Levels of Soccer

As well as age groups go theres also different types of levels of soccer you can play. For example a club team, an academy team, and or a semi professional and professional team. Besides the teams theres leagues these teams play in based on the success of the team. Leagues based on the points the overall team has from winning losing and tying games.

Rules Of The Game

The rules of Soccer are simple. However these rules are only for players NOT referees

Usage of hands on the field and not throwhands or when the ball leaves the field is prohibited.

No tackling or attacking the ball when the keeper has possession

Purposely taken fouls or tackles are not allowed;play only for the ball, however shoulder to shoulder is allowed.

No usage of drugs or substances in which will make your performance different.

No racial,sexual, or any other negative comments on another player and or to the referee.

Although there is much more these are the basic rules of the beautiful sport.
