Animal abuse is NOT cool! Oh wait the topic this time is adopting. Animal adopting can be bad for the animal, like if the owner is abusive, but if its a caring owner? It may be alright for the animal, depending on the animal.

Very True, but as he said, some animals are cute, but CAN'T be adopted! Most states have laws against it though.

I ALSO SAID, some owners are very bad. Some owners put kittens in a bag and throw them in a river! That is so unfair! And the fact that they can't do anything about it!

That is so sad. Animals that can be adopted include dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils and hampsters, and snakes.
