ever since I was young, I have always loved games. I played on the xbox 360 with my brother and I watched my dad play Half-Life 2 9n my free time. the first games I was exposed to were a bunch of tablet games and knock-off mario kart, but I was happy. then, when I was 10, I was introduced to the wonders of Steam, a game site that let you license an astronomical amount of games. if there was a game you wanted, it would be on Steam for a fair price.
Video Games have made up a majority of my childhood, in that I could always turn to them for comfort. my parents used my love for games to encourage me to do better in school and I always loved coming home after a long day and unwinding with my current obsession. I made my first friend in middle school through our mutual love of Team Fortess 2, and we would constantly play together after school. after a while, I got my own area to play my games, as well as my own Steam account instead of using my Dad's, and I have used my own money for games ever since.
over the years, I have played a countless number of games and flip-flopped on my favorites, but the list I have cobbled together contains my current favorite video games. I want to showcase and explain my choices on this list
