About Vocaloid Music

Vocaloid was made year 2004, developed by a joint research project thats led by Hideki Kenmochi. Vocaloid is a voice synthesizer software and a program for people to make music with. It help music creaters create music with out needing to hire people to sing, by typing in the lyrics and melody line it creates the vocals for music. This is possible by using voicebanks.

Popular Vocaloid Characters

One of the most popular vocaloid characters/voicebank is Hatsune Miku, codename CV01.Miku is the first Japanese vocaloid to be released.Miku's fictonal age is 16 years old and she has long turquois pigtails.Another well known vocaliod character/voicbank is Kagamine Len his characters fictional age is 14 years old and he has short yellow/blond hair.Even though the creaters have not made it official most people see Len as having fraternal twin that is also commonly known and her name is Kagamine Rin.Kagamine Rin is the same age as Len and looks about the same exsept for having a different hair style and being a girl.There are a lot more vocaloid characters but these are my favorites.
