- Wash your collard greens or kale, taking off/away any dirt or old greens inside.
- Preheat your oven for 10 minutes
- Take your greens and put them on an aluminum pan.
- Add in vegetable olive oil and let it bake till its soft.
- Next, you take your tomatoes, depending on your serving size. Put in a toaster and bake them for 10 minutes till they are bubbly and easy to cut through.
- As well as, you take a loaf of bread and cut into eating portions to put into the oven to toast until its soft yet crispy. (Approximately like 7 minutes.)
- For your sauce to go unto the bread, you are going to boil honey till its sleek and warm.
- Lastly, you combine it together. You spread ricotta cheese unto the bread and add the tomato and greens.
- Drizzle the honey over the bread and bon appetit!
