Rules

There are different rules for the different positions of football. However, there are some rules that apply to everyone. For example, there are rules like holding, false start, and unsportsmanlike conduct. Punishments for breaking these rules vary from either a ten yard penalty, a five yard penalty, a fifteen yard penalty, and potientally even being thrown out of the game.
