Alix Klineman was born in Manhattan Beach, California, on December 30, 1989. She grew up in a jewish home with an older brother and sister. She is now 31 and playing in the Olympics. She has played volleyball since she was able to. In 2016 when she didn't make the olympic volleyball team, she decided to transfer over to beach volleyball. She thought it would be an easy switch but it was not. After all of her hard work, this year her and April Ross won the gold medal in beach volleyball. She has played in olympics 2008-2020/2021. She represents California. California, ¨The Golden State, became the 31 state on September 9, 1850.
