Figure Skating

Figure skating was first contested at the 1908 London Summer Games and again in 1920 in Antwerp before permanently transferred to the program of the Winter Olympic Games, first held in 1924 in Chamonix, France. Figure skating is a type of sport on ice. It can even be a form of dance.

Figure Skating In Olympics

Competitors compete as individuals, pairs, or groups. This sport is the oldest sport in the Winter Olympics, it's also one of the most popular programs. The different programs are the short program and the free skate/free dance. Five events in the figure skating competition are;
