Tips For Volleyball & Softball

This tips might not be the best, but in my opinion my tips are ok. I got most of these tips from my parents and my coaches.

*Volleyball Tips*

• ALWAYS be low (bend your knees, not you back)
• DON'T run with your hands out
• CALL the ball (yell really loud, so your players can hear you)

~Softball Tips~

• keep your EYES on te ball (hitting, fielding, or catching the ball)
• DON'T run with your glove out (so you can run faster)
• do different DRILLS on the tee (ones that help you read the ball, moves your hands more, or helping you with your form)
