    A type of malicious software designed to block access to a computer system until a sum of money is paid and if not paid can hold your information from you. Image description

    An anti-virus will help protect you from these types of malwares and viruses. They make sure that there is no malicious software in your system. It also stops you from accidently downloading them on to your computer also.
