When you are riding it is important to only be focused on what kind of mood you and your horse are in, and if your saddle is tight enough or to tight.

• Flex your boots up so that your heels are down in your stirrups and point the toes of your boots in towards your horses armpits.
• Sit tall and make sure that you are in a position that is comfortable for you and the horse .
• Make sure that your shoulders are square.
• Also make sure that your eyes are focused in front between the horses ears and not anywhere else or hings will end badl.
• Try to act confident because your horse can sence when you are tence or scared and he/she will start acting up.
