Arvaki
These Avians have wings that are located where arms should be, but can be used as if they had hands like the Akmets. They can't use there wings to fly, and remain grounded their entire life.As a result, they have invented metalic, wing-like machines known as M'tasos. This piece of the Avian population are 90% of the crew of the Avian Armada, the mass of ships that fly through the air and are used to navigate the sky mines of Gallana 6.

These Avians have winged backs, allowing them to fly without the assistance of technology. However, this seemingly physical advantage has its own disadvantages, for they tire with ease for Avians that are out of shape. They come in the same variety and are adept in Sky magic.
