When to take a break
Take a break for 5 minutes and drink water. It is important to take breaks otherwise you are likely to faint.You could be sent to the hospital and spend lots of money.
Make sure you don“t over do it when you work out. Be sure to rest whenever you can so that way you have the energy that is required to exercise.
