Your First Knitting Project

Mrs. Bauer's Easy Peasy Scarf

You will need:

• US size 10 straight knitting needles.
• 1 skein (150 yds.) of bulky yarn (try Boogie Nights by Lion Brand.)

Instructions:

1. Cast on 39 stitches.
2. Knit every stitch until you get to the end of the row.
3. Turn your work around and slip the first stitch (purlwise) and then knit across the entire row.
4. Repeat! It is as simple as that. Keep knitting until you have the length of scarf you desire. Then, bind off!
