Very few of the over 1,000 Pokémon can even be useful in competetive VGC. After all, not every Pokémon is created equal. If you need proof that the Pokémon Company can't balence their Pokémon, these are the top six Pokémon in terms of strength. Most people would agree that these are the top six Pokémon ever, but a lot of people would disagree on the order that they go in. This is just my opinion so if you think Illumise deserves a spot because it can set up tailwind in early Scarlet and Violet Regulation E, you can think that.
These Pokémon will be talked about as if they were talked about during their peaks. This will be stated for when we are basing these picks off of.
