During Week 8 against the Carolina Panthers, Samuel caught three passes for 19 yards and rushed for 29 yards and a touchdown in the 51-13 blowout victory.During Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football, he caught eight passes for 112 yards in the hearbreaking 27–24 overtime loss.In the next game against the Arizona Cardinals, Deebo caught eight passes for 134 yards leading the way to a 36-26 victory.He was started a amazing connection with the quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, and was started to shape into a #1 reciever beside niners star reciever Emmanuel Sanders.In Week 17 against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football, Samuel caught five passes for 102 yards and rushed two times for 33 yards, including a spectacular 30-yard touchdown, during the teethclenching 26–21 win.
In Super Bowl LIV against the Kansas City Chiefs, Deebo rushed 3 times for 53 yards and caught 5 passes for 39 yards during the 31–20 loss. Though they lost, Deebo was a key contributor to why they were up 10 points with 5 minutes left in the game.To add on to that his 53 rushing yards was the most ever by a wide receiver in Super Bowl history.
