All About Me – My Awesome Year! Hi! I’m 11 years old, and this year has been so exciting for me. I’m a cheerleader for the Tiger Cubs team in Douglasville, and I absolutely love it. Cheer is one of my favorite things to do. I get to practice with my teammates, wear my uniform, and cheer loud and proud during games. It’s so fun to learn new cheers, stunts, and dances. I feel confident and strong when I’m out there on the field cheering for our team! Another cool thing that happened this year is that I won 2nd place in the school spelling bee! 🐝 I studied really hard and practiced spelling lots of tricky words. When the day of the bee came, I was a little nervous, but I stayed calm and focused. It felt amazing to stand up there in front of everyone and spell my words correctly. When they announced that I won 2nd place, I was so happy and proud of myself. All that studying really paid off! I also got to go on a school trip to Savannah for three whole days! 🏖️🌴 It was my first time going on a big trip like that without my family. We went with our teachers and classmates, and we learned so much while also having fun. We visited historic places, saw old buildings, and even walked along the beach. The food was good, the weather was nice, and I made lots of great memories with my friends. I took pictures, laughed a lot, and learned new things about Georgia’s history.
