In the history of hockey there have been many different types of hockey brands. Usally, all hockey bands create all of the gear that you need so that you can play the sport. Most of the hockey brands make differnt gear often so it is good to keep up with the latest gear. Many people wear different brands but in truth all of them are good. Also most people wear differnt brands. For example, someone might wear hokey gloves that are from CCM but then they might wear a Bauer helmet.
When you pkay hockey you need lots of gear. Luckly your local hockey rink might have a shop where you can buy the gear that you need. If you are in a hockey league you are going to need to buy all of the hockey gear, but if you are just skating and shooting at your rink then your might might only require certain amounts of gear. Depending on your postion you need different types of gear. For example, a defenceman might need more bulkier skates and chest protector.
