I play the vibraphone for the band program at my school. It's not the easiest thing to do, but it is a lot of fun to play on Friday nights. Beginning on the Vibraphone introduces tips for playing and surviving the first year of band. I wanted to share these tips , so you can have ideas of what to expect of it. The tips are for both marching and concert band.
Common things about music gives you ideas about your music and the way that it was written. It talks about the common things about music and what it is there for. I have an example photo of the treble and bass clef.
Practice music gives you song ideas for a concert or just for practice/fun. All of the music that I have listed below, our band program has played for marching/concert season. I have a picture of a piece of sheet music for playing so feel free to try to play it for practice.
