- Make sure you enjoy the sport!
- Get a lot of excercise, soccer is not an easy sport.
- Be hydrated during games or practice! If your body is not hydrated, it will have bad consequences.
- Drink mostly water! Sugary drinks are not good for you. You could also drink gaterode or other type of healthy juices.
- Make sure you eat healthy. You can eat junk food but dont exceed because it will harm you and affect you on playing soccer.
- Practice a lot! Practicing will for sure help you and it will increase your abilities in soccer.
- Most important of all , just have fun! Soccer is for sure a hard sport but also a really fun one. Be sure to have a great time while playing and that will help you a lot.
