Frogbert was the nerd Dog Dog first bullied. He stole his lunch and went to a different reality. Frogbert is later injured and turned into a pellet but slowly turns back into a frog again.
Kat Kat actually isn't Kat Kat's name, it's Cat Cat. Kat Kat is so incredibly rad he changed his C to a K. Kat Kat was Dog Dog's best friend so they went on to help Dog Dog out of the weird "frogverse"
