Shoto Todoroki is a insanley super powered student who attends UA, the worlds best super hero training school. He is the son of the now number one hero Endeveour and has a tragic backstory. Early when super powers first started evolving the rich would pay to impregnate women who would make good combination with the super power. Yound todoroki is part of one of these expirements. His father payed the mother of shoto to see if they could make the perfect super hero. Endevour with the power of all Fire, and the mother with the power of ice. The mother went through a really hard time because she had to give birth to 11 babies. Finally the perfect one was born,according to endevour. Half-Hot Half-Cold, he controlled both fire and ice. Young todoroki had always wanted to be a hero inspite of his abusive father. But one day something happend. From all the emotional trauma experienced Shoto's mom went insane and poured boiling water on the face of the young kid. Endeveour was furious over this act and sent the mother away leaving the kid with the older siblings to take care of him.
Young Todoroki from that point on never used his fire side, he refused it,despised it,and rejected his power. When Todoroki got into UA Highschool he got was fighting in a fighting tournament when he was persuaded by the main character that it was his power,not his dads, his and that set of Todoroki and from then on hes been the best student their could be.
Todoroki can shoot ice from his right side, and shoots fire out of his left side. Theirs not much to say, just think of anything you could do with those powers and he can.
