If you're looking for anime to watch than you should ask other people if they know any good ones.You could also ask google or go to the "Anime" topic on Netflix.
If you have people in the house and you know they're going to be with you for awhile than excuse yourself to the bathroom.If someone is calling you while you watch your show than put your phone directly next to the speakers or you computer or television.If you're watching it on you phone just put it next to any loud noise.
These are all of the things that I think will make you enjoy bingewatching more than ever.
