When baby elephants are finally born they weigh about 200 lbs.
When baby elephants are finall born they are about 3 feet tall.
Baby elephants symbolize strength,honor,stability,and tenacity.
Baby elephants also symbolize loyalty,longevity,stamina,mental faculties,and cooperative spirits.
For the first 2-3 years of an elephants life they are utterly dependent on their mother for food.
Baby elephants eat their mothers feces so they can obtain the bacteria required to properly digest vegetaton found in their ecosystems.

Baby elephants drink about 30 pounds of milk a week!!
Like humans baby elephants have a hard time walking after they are born.
Elephants are fully weaned at the ages of 5-6 years old.
As elephants get older the space between the baby and its mother increases but they stay relatively close to their mother throughout their life.
