My Experience

I really like to play the piano, and I feel like it is a fun instrument to play. However, I did not always like to play the piano. When my parents first signed me up for classes, I despised it, and the classes just didn't interest me. Then, I started to look at some YouTube piano covers of songs that I heard on the radio everyday, and I decided to try playing asongs that I knew. I enjoyed being able to play music that I connected with and knew, rather than pieces I did not like very much. This experience made me realize that playing this instrument was actually quite enjoyable. Now, I love playing the piano and I am glad that my parents made me take classes.

Three Things I Like About the Piano

• It is very easy to learn
• You can play the melody and the bass line at the same time.
• The piano has about 8 octaves, so you can play very high and very low.
