Brandi has always enjoyed activities that allow her to express her creativity. She began her career in baking by baking cakes for a Company called "Cakes4Kids." They allowed her to make cakes for foster children's birthday. Then, her love for baking grew!

From there on, she began getting requests from family and friends to make treats for their events. This is when Snowflake Cakes was born.
