They provide emergency financial assistance for some people when funds are available. They can meet your short-term needs. Also, the Circle of Concern provides a dual-focus scholoarship program. One of their missions it for kids to have higher education for better job opportunities. In addition, they have a children's programs to help stop poverty, and a holiday program to help thier clients celebrate.
