Crusty Sean is now a food truck owner! (Despite being fried shrimp...) Now you can earn tickets for Crusty Sean in story-mode or as rewards from Salmon Run! Each food and drink has a different ability to help you with rewards after battles! You need special tickets for specific items you would like.

Sheldon is a horseshoe crab and owner of the shop Ammo Knights. Depending on level and story-mode completion, he sells a variety of weapons. The variety includes chargers, rollers, dualies, blasters, brushes, ect.

Bisk is apparently a spider crab and proprietor of the shoe store, Shella Fresh. Despite his appearance, Bisk, offers footwear and once again,bases them on level and they change at certain times of which are not given.

Flow is a Sea Slug who owns the store Headspace. Here you can buy headgear with different abilities depending on brand and style. According to these abilities and brand, the prices differ.(It is rare to find good looking clothes with abilities that are just as good and I'm sorry to break it to you).

Murch is a Sea Urchin who has many options for gear abilities and orders. You can find him sitting on the bench to the right of the lobby. You can order special gear by downloading the Nintendo app or get ability chunks by scrubbing slots on gear. It costs 20,000 coins per scrub unless you scrub a Splatfest Tee. He will give a discount on Splatfest Tees only costing 2,000. You can use these chunks to add the abilities to other gear by using ten chunks per ability. You gain abilities by EXP from battles.

Jelfonzo is a jellyfish and owns the Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe. Here you can buy multiple shirts with different abilities depending on brand and style. According to these abilities and brand, the prices differ.
