The point guard runs offense and stays the most active by stealing the ball, dribbling, and passing.
The shooting guard is usually the best shooter on the team. They play offense and try to score the points for the team.
The center is the tallest player who usually plays near the basket. Sometimes they try to score, but most of the time they block points from the other team and catch rebounds.
The power forward does most of the things that the center does, but is out further. They also guard the other players.
The small forward guards big and small players and goes wherever they want on the court. They are usually good shooters and dribblers.
