How to cook partridge:
- Hunt partridge.
- Clean it.
- Take out pellets/bullets.
- Cut into small peices.
- Get pan
- Season pan with butter.
- Put meat in the pan.
- Keep the meat moving around the pan.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Cook about 5 minutes while stiring, keep stiring until the meat starts to looks golden. Then bon appétit!
